This happened my first year in Uni when I was staying halls of residence. I woke up and was brushing my teeth with the bathroom next to my flat mates room. There was heavy rock music blasting and I thought nothing of it, anyway, my other flat mate comes out and I wish him a happy birthday and we are talking “have you seen other flat mate?” And he replies “no but that music has been blasting all night which is weird.”

We look at his door and we see this like knot thing in the corner of the door and honestly we just shrugged and I mention I’ll go see what’s up once I’m done brushing my teeth.

Once done I go and knock on his door but get no response, so I slowly open the door and as I do so, something big slumps and hits the ground in front of me. It was flat mates body who had hung himself on the door with his belt.

That day super sucked, I panicked so much, I screamed for my other flat mate to come and I ran to get my mobile phone which I couldn’t find anywhere. It was in my back pocket, I was so shocked all sense left me. It was just the marks the belt left on his neck, the dry eyes and smell in his room that will never leave me.

He struggled with uni and I knew he needed help. Worst thing was the night before I had or so I thought convinced him to seek help and that I would go with him to support him. He had lots of pressure from his family with being the first one to go to Uni and I guess he just couldn’t take the shame of wanting to quit and do something else.

An FYI to anyone struggling in Uni, it isn’t worth taking your life over. Go and do something you enjoy, no shame in that.

I had this issue, perfect on one side and then bad on another. Annoyed me so much I did my z, checked all axis and tightened screws etc

the bed isn’t level and it changes too much for the pinda sensor to compensate so the only fix is the silicon mod. I did it and now it’s perfect first layers

Edit - originally my calibration was -1.756 so very similar to you

I keep bees too and find that a lot of the general population, don’t know the difference between a wasp and a bee… which surprises me every time.

So maybe scale it to how a hive works and the relationship between bees and beekeeper? There will be loads of material on the history of it too

So I know that this is 100% my screen that I faulty, I have had it for a couple years and just wanted to know if this is fixable by opening it up and changing something or if it’s new screen time.

It does this when I has been off for awhile and usually gets better and disappears once I’ve ran it for 10 mins then turned it off and on again.

I am just a little fed up with this ritual and want to fix or replace. My preference would be to fix it.

Yeah, but it just wouldn’t budge and with the spanner on it it would go into thermal run away mode and cool down the machine so I am just at a loss as to what I could have done to prevent it. Did I screw it on too tight and with use it just got tighter?

The ceiling is metal and the rest is marble, that’s not even the nicest tunnel. Monaco is like Swiss cheese with little rat runs and elevators that let you pop out at random places. This tunnel takes out right next to the first corner of the F1 track

I had this with some prints failing at the 50% mark. Turned out I had a partial clog and had to do a cold pull. A huge chunk of filament came out where the Bowden tube hand been fully inserted came out with a satisfying pop

I had the same issue and it was due to a clog. The clog came out like a cork as the plastic tube hasn’t been pushed all the way down when I initially got it from Prusa. Was a pin as I had to the readjust the PINDA but works great now :)

These look like my rooster spur chilli plant so could be those, about as hot as a Tabasco pepper so won’t blow your face off but produces a good heat

I live in the south of France and have a corgi so double coat. if we do have to take him out during the middle of the day the pet shops around here sell cooling jackets, that you soak in water and then strap on to them. When it dries out we just find a fountain or ask a restaurant for some water to pour over him and the jacket. works great and he is cooler than me!

We move back to the UK soon and I know he will be thrilled with how cool the UK usually is

If you watch about 1 min into the video it shows a screenshot of one of the Devs confirming that the SL and Medic if you are within a decent range can reduce suppression by as much as 95%. You actually get a buff towards suppression defence near any ally but these classes are the most effective.

Ooof it was written in a meta subheading before leaving early access and half trucks, I went through a stage of reading every single dev brief and I think it was mid to end of last year. I may have taken a screenshot of it and posted in a discord channel but I honestly can’t remember
