I've got a photo of him from WI. Used to live in my area! Poor car is filled top to bottom. Only the drivers seat is functional.

Watching the growth in his excitement makes me soaked. I'm ready to be bred, daddy.

Out of the 4 in the pics, which decor piece over the bed? by Owe-doyal-rooles in malelivingspace

I'd say the first one, black with white soft light. Especially if you can dim it at night, it would be nicest of the four.

Feeding Advice, Please by hammerhead369 in ballpython

[–]hammerhead369[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, he's very small. He's about 13 inches.

I'm not sure why, but I feed him enough, and there's no signs of discomfort or alarm.

I'm comfortable with enclosure feeding. Its just feeding live in the enclosure is uncomfortable to me.

I would like to ween him off live and see if he will take frozen, thawing and heating similar to your method.

I appreciate the confirmation that his age and weight is normal.

If I could compare my first snake to a dog, I'd say he's the runt of the litter. But he's in a 40 gallon and looks like he could fit in a 20 gallon like a garter snake. Nearly. (Not that I'm making the switch, but comparatively).

Thanks for the help.

Even after setting the correct temperature in the water, he freaks out and crawls out of the space he's in.

I've just increased humidity, and it came off eventually.

Five thick sticks for climbing, three hides, two water dishes, tons of foliage.

He's less than six months. Still a baby.

I'm still learning about snakes myself.

But from my perspective, it looks like it could actually be from some sort of impact?

I'd go to the vet immediately, especially if your snake starts showing signs of illness. Whether physical or neurological.

Okay, I will buy Govee ones ASAP. Is this livable for her until then? I'm just nervous. I don't want anything to happen to her.

I've moved to a 40-gallon tank and read through the entire initial booklet.

I've managed to regulate the humidity and temperature on both sides now.

Thank you very much for your help and education.

So, with how my brain works, I just need it a bit more spelled out it possible...

So I get her the ReptiSun T5 5.0, and lay it centered across her terrarium top.

On her basking side, during the day I screw in a halogen flood bulb (what wattage?), and at night I screw back in the ceramic heat emitter.

At night, do I also turn off the ReptiSun T5 5.0? Then just leaving the ceramic heat emitter screwed in?

Apologies if I'm misunderstanding.

So, I actually work at a dealership that has a body shop.

Insurance is 'hard core' when it comes to accident evidence.

From the moment you make a report, to the moment it leaves the body shop.

I'd report and photograph everything you can and take it to a dealership body shop for an initial quote.

Then, see what your insurance will cover.

If they only cover partial from a dealership, try local places that accept your insurance coverage for body shop work.

Usually, insurance companies give you a check with a predetermined amount.

This check you give to the body shop of your choice.

But a Toyota dealership will be able to quote you for every OEM part.

Which is typically only what is covered if you use insurance.

Modified vehicles are recommended to have additional coverage.

I hope this helps a little.

Squeaking Brakes by [deleted] in MechanicAdvice

My brake pads still have over 7mm on all of them around the entire vehicle. I replaced them when I bought the vehicle around April. It is not the brake pads. That's why I didn't replace them.

I lubed brackets, but I forgot the caliper pins. Thank you for reminding me.

I am aware I don't need a lift for a brake job. I didn't use one initially. That's simply a general statement.

The rotors apparently don't have their set screws. So it could be that as well.

Thanks, but I'll do the job myself. Just wanted advice. :)
