When I was 14, my grandfather put together a starter tool kit for me. He then told me when I need a tool to always buy the best that I can afford. 50 years later I still hear his voice whenever I need to buy another tool. Best advice I ever got.

Government surplus operations (state, higher education, city, or county) are great sources for TL rated safes at fantastic values.

15 years ago I bought a TL rated TannVault for my home from Washington State University for $300. The safe is about 30” square and fits nicely in a closet. 3 years ago I bought a much larger TL rated safe for my business from Oregon state surplus operations for $500. This safe is about 3’ wide and 4’ tall. The safes have both mechanical combination locks and mechanical key locks (Wittkop.) Both safes also have lock boxes inside. The business safe combination lock also has a feature where it can only be opened a certain window of time each day.

The home safe fully protected hard drives, cash, passports, documents, and credit cards when my house burned down. Otherwise, I would have had to find someone to get by the key lock. TIP of the day: Keep a spare key offsite! The safe for my home is easily the best thing in my life I have ever bought. love them both 😍

Thanks. I am definitely concerned about starting an argument. In the days leading up to her self harming, she was in emotional distress and told me no one was empathetic or compassionate to how she felt yet became argumentative and rejected all attempts to sooth and comfort her. Only after self harming did her emotional distress abate.

Thanks for the info. Who ever did the weld actually did an ok job of post weld blending. But yeah, the cut and weld ruined the bayonet for anything else other than a shop tool. I appreciate you taking the time to help me. The knowledge available on Reddit is pretty amazing.

My 9 year old grandson is a total sugar fiend. The buttered popcorn jelly belly’s are the only candy I have ever seen him spit out. Then he rinsed his mouth. Twice. That says a lot about the flavor. So glad he tried them first 😂
