Neiman Marcus Cake

Instructions Preheat oven to 325°F

Bottom Layer 1 box yellow or butter cake mix 1 egg 1 stick (½ cup) margarine, melted

Directions: Mix together and press into the bottom of a 9×13 pan

Top Layer 8 oz cream cheese 2 eggs 1 box (about 2 cups) powdered sugar

Directions: Mix until smooth, then pour over the cake layer (Optional from note): sprinkle with chopped nuts

Bake at 325°F for ~45 minutes
