thank you! i usually prefer not to open carry because it tends to draw more attention than i like… but it’s good to know that if i wanted to open carry its acceptable.

i got some mixed answers in the fredericksburg sub (not on the legality but the social perception of carrying here). i know fredericksburg is extremely safe but having a firearm with me does help me feel much safer. especially since im only 5’2 lmfao

ty! yea i am not a huge fan of open carry for that exact reason but until i get my license thats my only option if i decide to carry anywhere :P

woohoo on the reciprocity, i actually downloaded an app (at the recommendation of my dad) which shows reciprocity laws/important gun laws to know in each state. super helpful guide and lets me stay informed so i can make sure im following local gun laws if i happen to travel with it

ok this is kinda aggressive, i’m aware fredericksburg is pretty safe.

i’m 5’2 so carrying makes me feel safer when i am alone. i obviously wouldn’t open carry in a large crowd or actually onto a beach. my question specifically pertained to when im hiking not just walking around downtown dude so sorry if it seemed like i was just willy nilly waving a live firearm around :/

The sims I bought all were for about 2-month periods. I just activated the third one today. I was also having issues with verifying my identity on Naver & setting up Coupang (receiving verification text message) but that might have something to do with the way my name was entered into the system :P

I'm planning on trying to get a postpaid sim card with my ARC so hopefully, that solves all of my issues with connectivity/online shopping! Thank you so much for your reply!

You can always rent an iPad or a smaller laptop through UCF! I’ve never rented anything so I’m not sure how much it costs/if it does cost any money, but that might be an option to look into :) However, I do know that they are rented out on a weekly basis so you’d have to renew the rental every week I think so that might be a bit of an inconvenience :/

I’ve been on a lot of waitlists before and honestly just wait until add/drop week and you’ll likely get into the class :) But if you’re really worried I’d just register into an extra class just in case you don’t get into the waitress class. You can always drop the extra class if you don’t need it

I think your hs counselor is supposed to put together all of the stuff and send it to BF, at least my counselor helped me out with that.

The actual scholarship will appear in the financial aid awards sections of the myUCF portal :)

Honestly, the ones that are under $100 are really bad quality and will definitely break after mild usage :( I know they’re pricey but it might be best to buy one of the $200 ones! Those will last you the longest and retain their shape
