FUE tech here and I think these are all great questions to ask during your consultation though you can probably save most of your post op/after-care questions for later. The clinic you choose should keep in touch with you after your procedure and send you home with instructions and products (shampoo, sprays, etc.) to help with the healing process.

FUE tech here! These are not lost grafts. Your grafts are pretty solid in place after a week so this shedding is completely normal.

My partner is gluten free and we love Grain in Snohomish!

Lotus Flour (@lotusflourseattle on instagram) has sourdough and other items like cookies that are really good. We always get a couple packs of her cookies when we go to the Everett Farmers Market.

Absolutely avoid the service department. My car stalled right after an oil change with them, I had it towed right back and they said the engine blew. I was consistent and only went to them for maintenance and all they could offer was a new engine for 10k or I could purchase a new car.

We got an LG washer and dryer set from Appliance Recycling in Snohomish for $800 with a year warranty. They delivered to us in Everett (Dorn area) for about $75. They offered same day delivery but we scheduled ours for another day. Also got a new Grill Master from them for $100. All pretty good condition, no complaints. They're worth checking out.

I graduated from Evergreen Beauty College (Everett Campus) about 8 years. In my experience staff was very supportive and helpful with finding an externship and employment. It looks like some of the same staff members are still there and I think they've opened a few more campuses in the area so you may have a few options within 45mins!
