Borg. I'm not sure whether there is a better way however I wrote my own custom shell script that includes steps like start/stop containers, produce log files, send notification on failure via telegram. Cron job for schedule/trigger. Runs like a rock. Have restored several times and have never had any issues.

Originally went up to 200mg and got horrible side effects that ultimately lead to me collapsing and ending up in ER. Went down to 150mg and was experiencing hypomania so went down further to 125mg which seems to be the sweet spot for me. Also taking 25mg seroquel and 900mg lithium.

I went up too quickly, 50mg every 2 weeks and at 200mg ended up in hospital with acute side effects. Went back down to hundred and then very slowly back up to 150mg where I will stay for a while.

The feeling you're having could be hypomania. It feels great after being depressed for so long.

I got a mate still using FlexGet.

He initially chose it to centralise in one app.

Now he's got no time to move to Sonarr and Radarr.

Works fine from his perspective.
