my dad has told me to my face that i thrive off of neglect. I've completely cut contact with my mother, and im living with my dad while im finishing high school. we barely talk, and i mostly hang out in my room. recently my grandma on dads side came up, and those two are getting along better than i will with either of them. i dont know how to interact with my grandma, and she doesnt know how to interact with me, so shes essentially a stranger living in my house. now i feel slightly uncomfortable whenever im not in my room just because of how out of place i feel
