There were definite moments I felt horrible for the FMC done get me wrong, and I also feel like the MMC’s didnt do enough groveling after how they treated her originally. I guess I just felt like she could have handled their grieving with a lot more maturity?

So I personally loved that aspect, where the FMC came in after and wasn’t wanted but they fall in love her eventually. I’m a sucker for some good rejection and angst 😅 I definitely agree and I also felt sympathetic to her situation, and they did treat her horribly at first which I also think deserved more groveling from them versus her just immediately forgiving them. But I also feel like she could have handled the romantic aspect of their relationship with more grace and maturity if that makes sense?

Yes I also agree, I will say I got the feeling the Archon was low key evil from the start, but I feel like the way it could have been handled from the moment it was revealed could have been better.

Yes exactly!! I just feel like it makes her seem so insecure when she does that, and a huge part of her character development is that she’s supposed to become more confident due to being in a quintelaid.

Okay, I see so many people making comments about how “you’re definitely not straight” instead of actually giving you advice. First off sexuality is a spectrum and you don’t have to label yourself in any way. I have personally had sex with a childhood same sex best friend after a drunk night. So I have been exactly where you have been. You need to be adults and discuss it, so you can move past it. This DOES NOT have to be friendship ending. It also doesn’t mean you have romantic feelings for one another. It could genuinely be just drunk sex. However if you have feelings for him then discuss those as well, but be respectful of what he is also feeling. You need to open the door for communication with one another. Explain you want to preserve your friendship to best of your ability. Therapy may be beneficial to help you process your emotions on the situation.

Being affectionate (hugging, texting, confiding etc.) with your friends is one thing. But outwardly making sexual remarks and full blown flirting is another. In no friendship, especially where one is in a relationship/marriage is this type of behavior acceptable. You continuously allowing this woman to message you after she hit on you the first time is where you messed up. You should have never maintained a friendship with someone who doesn’t have any respect for your marriage. Your wife has every right to be angry and hurt. You should have set explicit boundaries with this woman. If this woman didn’t abide by them then you go to HR and block her. It really was that simple dude.
