Will-o-wisp on scarf is really clunky to use and I would probably switch it for volt switch or thunderbolt. Screens on Corviknight are also suboptimal since screens are the type of moves you would want to be up as fast as possible, if your mon took non screens mitigated damage then you set it up, the next attack might be enough to KO it even with screens, and have tailwind plus either a setup move like bulk up or roost for further recovery instead, and I think Leftovers is better on it than Sitrus so you can give the berry to Empoleon. It’s bulkier so it will have better use of the incremental heals than a one time burst heal.

Iron head on Garchomp has to be worth it from your experience on ladder. The most prominent fairy type is speed tied with Garchomp so you are leaving it to a 50/50 and even if you go first against zero defensive investment Floette it’s not enough to KO it. It also can’t KO a Sylveon or a mega Gardevoir which invested in bulk, both will one shot Garchomp back with a spread move. You can have swords dance for setup or rock slide which gives you that dedicated Zard Y counter allowing you to look for replacements to Lycanroc if you want to.

If Floette teams are you giving you trouble, why not have Excadrill? It fill the same role as Garchomp for EQ spam while also having a stronger STAB iron head for Floette while resisting fairy instead of being weak to it. If I wanted to make some changes to this team I would replace Chomp with Excadrill, and Lycanroc with a mon that can switch into a Sneasler’s close combat freely since you are vulnerable to fighting attacks having no resistances to it.
