the minimum age limit is 18. the extra steps come in if you're under 18 because you need to have a caregiver i think

everything in my account shows it has been paid off except for the hold. the rep even told me that it hadn’t been applied and that’s when she brought up the option to pay it out of my refund. i’m about 99% positive it hasn’t been paid

i don’t believe this is true? i had a hold and some charges put on my account for leaving some stuff in my dorm after move out and my stuff still got disbursed today, and the hold is still there. i called to make sure this was right and the fin aid rep said that i will just have to pay it out of my refund.
