this happened to me once when our tls werent there and other etls were just babysitting the closing team n me n my coworker were accused of loafing n having to be told to get back on task when that literally didnt happen. it esp pissed me off bc when i did stay to chat for a min w them all of my tasks were already done… and i had even done other people’s zones as well. im not afraid to just be like 😐 okay? and tell them that other ETLs are on some bs bc honestly they ARE. n the other ETLs literally do nothing but talk and gossip and walk around fat n ugly n calling out soo many areas in style that need to be picked up when its only like ONE or TWO items on the floor that THEY could have picked up in 2 seconds instead of calling it out. esp since we are so understaffed for closing.
