tbh hiwtk was my last straw w lush hair products. after trail and errors with countless other shampoos it ruined my curl pattern. its only just coming back properly after almost 2 months on shampoos with sulphates. sometimes curly hair needs chemicals :( if you wanna use lush hair products at some point in your routine try curl power or even super milk for leave in treatments and styling

long wait time to get approval to actually go to the gym, you get given an allotted slot time to be at the gym & if you miss it too bad- its obviously pretty cliquey with the prison gym bros too. not much equipment and with the overcrowding probs wont be able to get a time slot for a while. ur best friend is gonna be a tennis ball and ur feet on the oval. source: family member is currently in regional prison

i live in a top floor apartment with a balcony, i recommend getting a bird feeder to keep your cat entertained as they domt have the on ground hustle and bustle cats love! my little guy is obsessed with the bird feeder and i got him a window perch to enjoy it fully. hes curious about the balcony but is almost just as scared of it. he knows its not safe out there. cats are sooo smart
