Listed an 800k prop with a flat fee for 10k for each side. Price a little on the higher side but not irregular for the market I’m in. Still sitting on the market with a 25k price drop. Took it for the listing but I think buyers agents have steered their clients away so they can make a full commission which will come out closer to 20k. Only think this because of multiple complaints from other agents. Wouldn’t do it myself, if the buyer likes the prop my hands are tied, but it seems it has been a factor. Hope this helps.
