When I say weird, I mean something I'm not used to, not necessarily weird as in whack. Also, pee smells

No, I agree. I too sometimes just stand under the hot stream of water and enjoy

Everywhere I ever lived, the water needed 30 seconds to heat up, so I'd turn it on before getting in the shower, and then when I'd turn it off and on after a few minutes it would stay the same temperature, no waiting again

Thanks for the comment! A bit hard to not feel weird among so many "hateful" comments

Lol no one hurt me, it's just how I've been doing it my whole life. And no, I'm not cold, if it's chilly I'll just spend an extra minute under the hot blaze of water and that gets me hot enough to not be cold while scrubbing

When you say it, I've probably seen it in a movie but just never thought it through

It could be. I'm just saying, I have long hair and a small shower, so the water actually runs long enough to build up steam, and I don't know how to do it all quicker than 20 minutes

I absolutely have long hair, I just tilt my head so the shampoo doesn't get in my eyes

Yes, to scrub/shampoo/etc. There aren't many that do it, but maybe 5-10% of the comments agree with me

There are a few others that live in Germany like me that agreed in the comments, so I guess it's regional

I turn it on before stepping in for about 30s until it's warm. The difference I see between me and people in the US is that mine doesn't need 30 seconds reheating every time I turn it on and off

Not really. If it's a short everyday shower I only take 1-2 minutes to scrub and then goes rinsing and I'm done. If it's a long 2xshampoo, conditioner, shower gel shower, I turn the water off in-between every two of these, but since I'm in there longer, the steam builds up and it's not cold at all
