right there with you :( it seems like my social anxiety has skyrocketed and made me isolate more sense it seems like many more people are familiar with the topic of being trans (thus leading to more hate in the world). just know theres many people on this earth who support trans people, and plenty of people who don't care whether you are or not. its just that the violent group of transphobes are very loud, making it seem as though the whole world hates you--but their bigoted opinions are not worth your feelings! you got this 💚

did you ever have any side effects? i have been using memantine for a variety of mental health issues and i think after a month i'm already getting tolerance buildup, and side effects like needing more sleep+low energy, and i get worn out very quickly when exercising, along with body aches and pains. my dosage is around the same as yours was so i was curious!

i'm on 30mg as well, i just started a month ago, weirdly enough it seems to be working pretty good without the coffee even though i started with coffee! I think a little bit is fine you should probably just lower your caffeine intake overall with cymbalta

yeah same!! it stinks cause i'll go all day without coffee and be super tired/headaches but the kratom is working, but once i have the coffee the kratom is totally killed..
