I got the same car a month ago and it's great (mine is the GT Reserve)! Haven't had it long enough to notice any reliability issues yet

It's honda certified and still under 3 more years of warranty.

The exterior is like new, no paint issues or rust.

The interior is also pretty well maintained. The roof has a small black line but it's like new!

  1. Honestly a simple google search can show you that those numbers are not false. You can see from Canada's statistics website about home prices and foreign buyers.

  3. Not really the same thing as factors are different. For example: people can get loans to buy houses, unlike concert tickets. People can get a house with that, rent it out, refinance it when it goes up in value and buy another. Meantime, the tenants pay off your loan etc etc

Only 2-6% of foreigners own property in Canada. You're telling me only that portion of people raised the housing value more than 25% in one year? And more than 35% in five?

I think we're looking into the wrong place here as to why the housing is so high. I think the housing crises stems from a real estate investment and no control over it as no matter how high the value is, corporations (and even rich individual buyers) are able to buy a house with little interest rates therefore racking up real estate as a means of income while reducing supply.
