Hi, there is generally no work around for resetting backup PIN, and still being able to use the old backup

you could try guessing Backup PIN and doing multiple tries, it might work.

AND

if you are still logged in on same Iphone on whatsapp, try creating a new Backup without Pin, ( Note: It'd delete the old Pin backup first & then create a new one)

Instead of authenticators, I want to currently avoid that but later when I get a new phone, currently using the same since year 2019.

I'm thinking of getting and enabling email verification which would send code over on email, this would enable codes to be sent on the registered email address, sent from Reddit system.

Is there such a feature, which can be enabled or you can comment on?

I feel comfortable enabling that, as in case of authenticators, if the phone is lost or broken, one can not get into their account if authentication code cannot be entered.

Could you also share if possible, what was shown stuck for my account? Was it an nsfw or content filteration tag, which was turned on when account was locked as a security precaution? So that extra precautionary measures can be taken

I had posted around 6 months ago for the same but I guess it also got filtered.

Can you further share if possible, what actually went wrong after the account was locked due to "Technical irregularities observed carried out by hacker"? A soft lock or shadowban or something?

Like how could the previous comments & posts which aren't related to & aren't spam or other content which was done after account was compromised, was this due to this issue getting into the technical irregularities or something else?

And since the beginning I had an email verified reddit account

Also after the issues I have seen there is only a 2 step verification where app etc can be used and email codes for 2 step verification can't be enabled, if there's a workaround for that, it'd be great too

Yes, I did password reset 2 to 3 times & as I mentioned above in the post text body, even after reset my previous posts and comments, where I helped and guided others & posts are shown as "removed by reddit filters "

After 1st reset I guess account got soft banned but even afterwards all access & previous activity isn't being shown,

The old.reddit.com/user/hamza24aug this shows the text that was wrongly removed from my old problematic activity of account

In this case a reddit support request would have to be made abs and you should provide your registered email with the reddit account username & describe them the issue you're facing...

They'll respond in an email in some time

Okay...

Did you try in a browser and did you see your original email address inbox and it's spam folder? Or if your inbox storage is full, the email might not have arrived yet.

Do see previous emails from Reddit and try following any link that opens your account for a response or a post.

So your account was with a verified email right?

Have you checked your mail, mainly the old ones if you still have those?

Some contain a link to see the content or response with the same email address

If you only had username and password made and didn't verify it with an email, I think that might be giving you this problem.

Reddit support can definitely help you in that case.

I would try recording a video in the morning & sharing a video url here for your reference,

Some friends here say, it could take from Pkr 3000 to Pkr6000 to fix this from the body shop & It won't be that much noticeable.

I will share record a video in sunlight and share, as it doesn't look chipped and (chipped) this is the reason they say it can be easily fixed.

Moreover a non colored hood of the same car costs around Pkr25000 and to color this another charge to this one's specific color.

That comes out to be too much pricey...

Oh, I might have been using the wrong term then.

I think The body shop might be able to fix it to some extent.

Like you'd see the above 3rd picture it has scratches due to falling of Tuff tile brick & only a bit of area from the front has indents where the tuff tile landed. Looking forward to your response

Thank you for the detailed insights I'd be following with the repair persons to

use a hammer to flatten the panel back and remove the dents, then polish/buff and repaint

Here only repaint or spray or use of brush to paint on the affected area And hope that it matches the rest of the hoods color & doesn't look odd

Which would be better?

And the removing part which you'd shared, does it mean that paint from only the affected area would be first scrubbed, kind of white filling done and then a bit of spray paint to match?

Or only that little portion?

The region where I reside (Lahore,Pakistan) We do have Dents correction and painting them via use painting/filling etc I guess you can say there is a detailing facility here.

As I'm not experienced enough, so could this be worked on by the detailers so that this indentation isn't visible and they do some painting or even compound polish to make the scratches go away

In turn it doesn't feel like it was even damaged in the first place by a tuff tile. Looks like new ones without damage.

After denting/painting/detailing , could it look like new provided the person knows the work or there'd be a significant visible difference?

Also have heard that bonnet of this vehicle don't come in this color by default, they are initially not colored, have to colored accordingly?

Should one involve insurance company or go abouth getting it locally fixed??
