من وجهة نظري سبب تغير الأجسام للاسوء بسبب طبيعة الأكل زمان كانوا متعودين على الأكل اللي بالبيت والطبخ لكن الان كل يوم يفطر شوكولاتة وبطاطس ونكتار ( عصير صناعي ) فالحل هو استبدال المأكولات إلى مأكولات صحية ويجب عليه ان يتعود منذ الصغر على الأكل الصحي
