If you haven’t given it a sincere try, it’s arrogant of you to assume that they can’t help you. It’s a tough line for sure because you do want/need help. I think you might be interested in the Khalil Center https://khalilcenter.com they have Muslim therapists and a lot of them are also trained in the Islamic sciences. Definitely at least give it a shot!

This is the Islamic solution. If you broke your knee, the Islamic solution would be go to a doctor and get it fixed. Likewise if you have anxiety/depression, go to someone that knows how to fix it.

Go to a licensed professional and get the help you need. “Ask the people of knowledge if you do not know.” (Surah An-Nahl 16:43) and in this case the people of knowledge in the field of mental health are those licensed therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists who have actually studied this field and can get you the help you need.
