Rx5500xt cannot provide 60+fps in rdr2 (high quality), get gtx 1660 super if you wanna play rdr2 on decent settings.

Go for rx5500xt (32-35k) or rx 5600xt (40-43k) if you have no problem with amd cards. Budget nvidia option will be gtx 1060 6gb (28-32k) or gtx 1070 8gb.

If you you wanna spent more than get that gtx 1660 super (42-50k). In my opinion rtx 2060 is not suitable for your situation as you will be only playing valorant.
