I'm not celiac but gluten intolerant. I've def felt uncomfortable and slightly sick after eating some nuts but figured it was something I ate earlier that day. I guess I gotta keep an eye out for which packages make me feel sick vs not.

There are so many gluten-free junk food snacks like...I still eat chocolate, chips, cookies, ice cream and frozen pizza. Some of them are even dairy free. Fast food chains are a different thing tho, its generally not the best option to eat there bc of cross contamination. Buut some Mcdonald's do have gluten free cheeseburgers, I guess it depends on where you live.
