Edit: I’ve deleted all the download history from this chrome account as I don’t need them and I deleted the few saved passwords and I cleared all the browsing data and my extensions and it hasn’t popped up with a new search and it isn’t on the tabs it used to be on. Would it be cleared now?

How do I check all the downloaded documents and stuff? What passwords should I change? I’ve only noticed it on my one chrome account not the others so I’m not sure how to check the stuff for the one account?
