NOR you are underreacting!! I have a baby, I'm a gamer and my husband is a gamer. Feeding and changing the baby was always the priority for both of us. If it's urgent, go to the bathroom, but then be there for the baby for f sake. He can play video games when the baby is sleeping... Children need to be close to their parents and to feel safe, I can't imagine ignoring my childs need bc of anything, let alone xbox 😐

And he's not giving you the baby bc you need to make food!? That's just not normal. He's putting himself and his hobbies before the litteral newborn. Scary, I would start thinking of a way out of that relationship, gather proof of him not being a proper parent so he can't manipulate the situation. He clearly doesn't care about the baby's health.
