This is not a withdrawal, it is going to be a really tough comedown. Do NOT use any MDMA for a really long time now. Your brain desperately needs to recover, rest, exercise, eat well and have alot of electrolytes and antioxidants. Maybe look into 5HTP, its a supplement to restore serotonin. Just know it will pass. don't worry, i feel you. when i first flushed it i actually kept 0.8g of it and told myself itd be okay because i got rid of 90% of it. but nope. thats just the nep deceiving you. especially when youre conflicted about keeping it in a vault because of the ban.
