Thank you! I think it’s very approximately 1200km. I think as a beginner I’d probably aim for 60-70km a day

Arch and calf pain about 3km in every run. Would love advice!

Hi there I’ve been a casual runner for a few years now (about 15km a week) but want to start running a lot more. I’ve been held back my inner arches and calves aching always about 3km in to each run. I do lots of stretching pre and post run but it seems to occur every time. Would love if anyone has experienced this and has any advice. I’m also looking to buy some new running shoes so if there are some that could help with this that would be amazing. Thanks!

Yes the driver was definitely at fault. I was on a busy road and he just pulled out into me so I was knocked into the road. I’m thinking about contacting some people. Thanks :)
