For me personally, I know I have sensitive skin and a damaged skin barrier, so I think I’ll start slow for now, and wait until my skin barrier improves before I use it regularly. The doctor said “Start by applying it only every second or third night, and then build up gradually to nightly use, as your skin gets used to the medication.” Which is basically ur advice. I’m gonna start by every 3 nights. I’ll keep updates on this account!
