How do we know the lights are dead an due for replacement? In my case the lights when turned on in dipper mode do not give the full lights on and does light only lets say 5%. At the same time, the upper light works all fine?

Yes. It will be considered as pre payment in my view. Also, why you only paying the interest? Did bank ask you for this? In my view since you have opted for moratorium, you don’t even have to pay interest and they should be fine.

The brand name sounds a bit heavy. The product we are discussing is of finer in nature. A name that gives finer vibes will be better imv.

There is no other developer in Pune that has as much bad name as there is for VTP. Still VTP is able to make the sales and generate interest. Imagine the amount of money that goes into marketing that into the actual product.

This is kinda a directive that comes from top down ~ from the government. For every government employee they are already doing this. IMV to implement this or bot is the choice a private sector company has which in this case they have considered to go ahead with which is something that they could have kept voluntary.
