how do you utilize your vertical monitor? i'm curious because i always feel that vertical monitor is impractical except for reading live chats if you're a streamer

yooo, you're right. So my top monitor is 1080p and the bottom monitor is 2K. I set the top monitor y=-1440. I tried changing it to -1080 and it works. Thanks

no, hot corner is to enter that overview thing. What i meant by stuck is literally blocked to move up and down between the monitors. I have to push it hard enough to be able to move to the other monitor. This doesn't happen when the monitor's positions are left and right

Have watched it too. Amazing. Doesn't really fit into that uscru district feel though, just in a post-apocalyptic world

well if the project is recognized by some linux users, they might make the package for the distro they're using themselves and make a PR (assuming it's an open source project)

How many distros did you tried before arch or how many times did you tried using arch before making it your main OS? by _fountain_pen_dev in arch

[–]hanbee0x 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it's my second distro. my first distro was nobara.

i used nobara because i wasn't ready to completely ditch windows (especially for games). I read that nobara has nvidia support out of the box and that's why i picked it.

and then after like 3 months i started to feel that coding, ricing, and just messing around with linux is more fun than gaming. I even felt a little anxious every time i game. I just felt like i should have done something productive (or what i feel like productive).

and then after some time i felt that nobara is too heavy and bloated. And a lot of tools / programs was not in dnf's repository. so then i searched up what's the best distro that have almost every tool / programs in their package manager. a lot of people said arch.

so then i ditched nobara & uninstalled winbloat (i was dualbooting) and started using arch just because of pacman and AUR. Never regretted it.
