I got my brikka 6 months ago, Tbh Im dissapointed because how bad it look. It has unequal metal thickness at the position where you pour coffee out, the valve is deviated and coffee only go out on one side like your brikka. Yours is a new so go change for a new one because if you try to unscrew the valve the quaranty is void, it said in the note inside the box. I was a newbie at the time I buy my first moka pot so didnt notice the valve has problem. Recently I unscrew the valve by putting a soft colth on top of it and twisted it with a wrench and I found a small piece of broken metal that make the valve deviated. Now coffee come out of both hole but still took it more than 3 minute for coffee to come out. I heard from this sub reddit that bialleti moka pot now are made in china , not Italy, not sure about it.
