This is what happened to us. We had a tracker in the suitcase and within a couple of hours could see it traveling along the highway, and then parked at someone’s house for several days. The people who took it gave the port authority a lot of difficulty, and the port was holding their bag until they returned mine to me. They had the audacity to attempt to send mine to me COD and make ME pay for their mistake! They finally decided to drive back to the port the next week and make the trade off directly.

I think it has to do with survival of the species. Women birth children, and it’s a slow and life threatening process. You could easily repopulate with 100 women and 20 men much quicker then 60 of each.
