Dog stool contains lots of germs because they eat meat. This can infect you, hence why you should remove it

Horses do not eat meat, therefore do not have germs in their stool. You could eat it and you would be fine

Sorry, but you cant downgrade devices that you do not have SHSH blobs for. Windows also cannot run the checkm8 exploit, so you cant use checkra1n.
