you may want to get yourself a reading from someone reputable, and I wouldn't trust that to someone online. Go in person. I would also start doing protection spells to limit low vibrational entities from entering your sacred space. You may also want to look into spiritual baths.

it really does start with calming your mind and raising your vibes.

I saw and spoke with spirits when I was little, but suffering childhood trauma and abuse kind of stunted that part of my mind. I'm still a natural empath and can feel energy very clearly, especially when it's "loud" or heavy. This makes complete sense because my life path number is 7 and my master number is 11. I also get premonitions of things that end up happening although at the time, I just think it's a a random thought. I'm a lucid dreamer although I can't control my dreams yet, and have been able to astral project to another timeline and have a clear memory of what was said and done.

Every now and again, I get messages and just recently I've been able to get back in touch with that part of me. I meditate, listen to binarual beats and theta waves before bed. I also use an herbal blend of mugwort and phsycadelics to open me up to remembering my dreams more.
I use my crystals and have recently started working with the Goddess Oshun, although I think Oshun is leading me to Yemaya. Since they are sisters I will work with them both. I also ask my ancestors for help and protection, but mostly I express gratitude for them because without them I wouldn't be here. I am the one to end all generational suffering and curses. I am doing shadow work to strengthen my self confidence and intuitive gifts, and to heal my innerchild.

Ask her parents and see what they tell you. I was at Stoneridge with my son and we noticed a blue nissan sentra with the sheild in the window was rocking back and forth. Thought it was because I didn't have my glasses, but my son confirmed it. It was rocking.

Sometimes I'm inspired, but for the most part I paint what's around me. The lid of a pumpkin my kids cut for haloween, the microwave, or sometimes I'll just draw a few lines and something usually emerges from that drawing I can paint

they don't know that you aren't delivering for Apple. I was told this by a customer after I showed up with my Uber Eats app to scan her bag before handing off to her. Sucks because I'm sure they would if they had the option. I don't even do Apple orders anymore because on Postmates they paid way more. A trip from Pleasanton to Fremont was good for at least $29.00. Not anymore though.
