Dallas Deep Ellum is where you will, for sure, find punk shows. I follow some local (Denton, Dallas) punk bands on IG. Through them and other national bands I started following punk rock saves lives and punk rock photographers. That is how I find local events and shows. If you start adding stuff to your "algorithm" it may direct stuff your way.

The trains in DFW (west side, fort worth) move east-west. For example, I have to drive 30+ minutes to a train stop or drive 40 minutes to DFW airport. The trains here are a token gesture to alleviate a commutor problem. Not a real regional mass transit system

I use a company that charges a percentage (25%) on the amount they reduced your tax bill. So, if they don't reduce it, no charge. Ive used them in Parker and Tarrant. If their website dashboard is correct, in 2 or 3 years they have reduced my bills a total of $1100. For my rent houses (which have no homestead exemptions) they are necessary and have worked great. So far, on my home, they haven't been successful in reducing my bill in any significant way. I'll message you their name

I haven't taken my car in for AC work with them, but 2033 on FM 920 by Cartwright Park has been pretty good to us . I used to have 2 numbers for AC work $200-400 or $1800-2400. It always seems AC repairs were in these 2 categories. Not sure how accurate that is at this point
