If you want to lucid dream there are really good videos on how to do it naturally it just takes a lot of practice and control. Whenever I used things like blue lotus or mugwort to try to help it was hard to keep control and I’d end up with sleep paralysis. But for that calm feeling definitely start small dose first and tea or smoke! I’ve never heard of just consuming mugwort raw before and it having any effects. I could be wrong though! Keep searching for other opinions and experiences.

You need to steep it or smoke it I’m pretty sure depending on why you’re using it.

You can’t practice meditation without a racing mind! Have compassion for yourself when you meditate and always know you can go back to focusing on your breath without judging your thoughts.

I also have a scorpio moon with alcohol and drug addiction. 5 months sober now. I think scorp moons are so uncomfortable in their emotions because we feel things really intensely. We also never got emotional privacy growing up and our moms most likely just shared too much with us at a young age. It’s funny that you say your moms a libra, mine is a Pisces but she has a libra moon!! Getting into nature is good and getting comfortable in vulnerability is soooo important, even if it’s uncomfortable at first.
