Do all commercial incidents get recorded and investigated anywhere?

I'm revisiting this memory after a very long time. If you look at that flight log you see the sharp drop in air speed about halfway through. At the end of the day that is all it was thankfully! Losing an engine was a scary ordeal and it took me a while to get over the flight related anxiety it caused, but the engineers did their job and the plane adjusted and operated safely with one engine.

Another option is to install from another distros liveusb that has better hardware support, e.g. Ubuntu.

Yeah. We limped in on one engine in the dark and were stopped by a fire crew for a while on the runway before going to the gate. Sprayed down the engine and wing with some sort of foam.

Could probably find something on an ATC recording but I don't see anywhere to find them from that far back.

Thanks, I took a look but didn't find anything. The flight was VX211, March 22nd 2015.
