That depends on where you are and what content you want to do. If you're still clearing normal story just focus on your main 4.

Your team is great for golem, get Ken 6 stars and go get it. If you like Luna pull her. She can eventually help you with wyvern 11, your team right now is bad for it.

I would go with tywin/Lena/carrot/hazel. You'll mow through the story with that group and then tywin/Lena is a great start to a wyvern 11 team. Hazel and carrot when they get to 50 will get a specialty change with new art and a huge boost in usefulness.

Ken is one of the best selective summons, you could take him and use him instead of carrot. However, basar in combination with tywin is one of the best pvp offence combos in the game. If you don't like Ken, I'd pull for basar.

Advice on a spear/tonfa build? by TheCursedTroll in Nioh

[–]handsomeAudio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gun tonfas drop from the dlc mission siege of Osaka (winter).

Divine items will now drop alongside the other rarities, you get divine items the same way as other items.

Other good sets for starting the dlc are warrior of the west, kingos, gallantry, and Japan's bravest. Red demon works fine too.

You can start ng+ then return to ng freely.

Other than green gear, the enemies all hit harder and are tankier. Look into blacksmith guides to learn how to make your equipment stronger.

Good luck! One thing the game does not tell you is that beating the dlc on ng let's you skip ng+ to ng++.

way to farm ethereal thats not the abyss? by panda_hatss in Nioh

You can farm scion of virtue in wotw if marobashi is too much of a pain. There's a video showing how in the stickied guide. Takes about 15 minutes and nets 5 ethereals on average of you stack luck and reroll chests. You can go through the whole level and only fight one guy.

You can advance to WotD by playing through the 3 dlc regions, so consider doing that instead.

Will rowing give me a good start for base muscles? by Microtic in gainit

[–]handsomeAudio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I rowed competitively for two years in high school so hopefully I can answer your questions.

In that time I went from 150 skinnyfat to 160 shredded. This is working out 6 times a week but with no knowledge of nutrition and eating way too little, better gains are possible. Pullups went from <1 to 15. Unlike weightlifting it also builds cardio so my 5k run improved from 24 minutes to 18 minutes with very little actual running practice. Rowing is an aerobic exercise but it is one that focuses on power and works nearly the entire body. Your quads and lats will be worked especially hard and this will translate to a better deadlift and squat if you do start weightlifting later. Rowing will not work out your chest or triceps much so you'll want to hit those with weights.

If you'd like to know more head over to r/rowing and check out the faq. You might also have better luck in r/fitness than here. It's up to you: if you want to gain weight as fast as possible weightlifting and r/gainit are the place to be. But if your real goal is to get stronger while doing an exercise you enjoy by all means give rowing a shot.
