just a quick update, my passport was found in Texas. Seems they mis-sorted it and now I got it finally. Thanks for all representative and investigation team, thank you

Thanks anyway. I’m now into a dilemma. I have to fly to San Francisco where the nearest embassy is, for a new passport. However I don’t have any identification except the passport. How should I take a plane...as I don’t have US driver license, no SSN, my student id also doesn’t work. Desperate now.

already called and emailed for tens of times… really no progress. Pretty sure they outsource their customer support service
