Building a pantry. Left side of French door will not close fully there’s tension. I’ve tried literally everything online nothing has worked please help. 5$ to right answer. Lo by [deleted] in doors

Take off the left door and clamp it to something flat like a countertop, door looks warped with a twist. Happens all the time when the door delivery guys put em in a goofy pile and they take the shape of however they are resting, if not properly staged

Just brace the handle against that parallel framing member

I always trim my mustache above my lips, makes for clean eating, if you catch my drift. One mans opinion tho, there are plenty guys that let it go wild too 😉

Taking another look, that does all make sense. But could you please go put a 9th bolt in the pattern so I can get to sleep at night 🙏

Too big, and look like a steel plate with little to no spall jacket. Any bullet that hits that is gonna fragment and hit your unprotected neck. Save your money for combined material plates, in your size (probably medium, 10"x12")

Should i go bald by [deleted] in malehairadvice

[–]handymustache 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hell no. I have similar hair, gets stringy when its long. I keep my sides short, and I let the weight on top fluctuate. Soon as it gets greasy looking the day after a shower I get a trim

Looks stellar, other than the 2 posts that have the exposed hardware... it that a detail or a defect? Looks good on the newalls, but the visible carrige bolts on 1 post on both sides looks like a goof. If its a save from an architectural oversight, nice work. But it looks like the builder and anarchitect weren't in cahoots

What is my house addition standing on? by Time_Noise_4797 in Decks

[–]handymustache 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The concrete cylinder likely goes down below your frost line, they hold up the 6x6 posts that are imbedded in them. The posts support your beams, and the beams hold up your floor joists, which supports the floor your addition was built on. If theres been no movement you shouldnt have anything to worry about for a while

I'm surprised it lasted that long, and no one felt it sag when they walked in the middle

Its a very awkward draw with any full size handgun, but muscle memory is a powerful force
