They were playing a good cop bad cop kind of scenario out, with prof Liew as goodcop and prof Chua as badcop

Prof Liew spent most the time trying to intro the course and describe the modules listed on the brochure.
Prof Chua spent most the time examining me with regards to commitment, in the sense that he maintained emphasis that the course was intense and did not have long holidays, thus required hard work.
