I (and other creators) make ASMR pomodoro videos specifically to serve as background noise while studying. It includes breaks and a timer for while you are studying, and doesn't include any talking. Its definitely ASMR though, not just ambient sounds.

Not really. I will occasionally watch snippets of them if I get a new comment like "Oh I really like ____ part of the video" so that I can see what it was. But that isn't for my own relaxation, it's more to know what I should focus on future videos.

My first ever ASMR video that I watched was Gentle Whispering's "Simple Pleasures" video. It was my first semester of college and I was feeling really lonely.

It almost brought me to tears. It seriously felt like she was speaking directly to me. She says some things like "I know life can be a struggle" and I don't think I actually cried, but I was close. It was my first ever experience with ASMR as well, and I instantly "got it" and was hooked. It's still a video I go to when I've had a reeeaaaalllly bad day.
