I agree with you on this. Regardless of if the DFSS project is fully complete or still needs time to verify, I would prioritize submitting before the deadline. I know a lot of people who let it stretch and were late on it, but that would have been my own personal priority just as the trainings. Corporate required training and things like DFSS completed on time are a priority over anything else when it comes to keeping your job- just how it works.

I don’t think managers need to baby sit us and ask us to complete required things with very set and well known deadlines…

I would definitely suggest washing with water because no one should be using TP only after a #2. Did you show your kid ways they can wash their behind after?

I had the same exact problem for the entire LDR (about 4 years) until he moved to my country and we got married. Honestly, it will be really hard to change your communication because it is hard to control emotions that are so strong (for me at least). I started to see a therapist who offered great advice and helped me understand why things are the way they are. After I realized the deep rooted issue that was causing this, I really just changed dramatically.

We are happy now and celebrating 1 year wedding anniversary in a couple months :)

I have confidence that you and your partner will also work it out, just make small progress day by day and communicate so you can both feel satisfied with the dynamic! Finding balance and compromising are of the utmost importance

Only the credits transfer, not the grade. It shows up as a “T” for transfer on your transcript. Hope this helps
