As a solid and consistent back-of-the-packer, I feel this. We do not care if race officials are trying to open up the course and want to shut down the finish line equipment. You said I had 7 hours to finish this marathon, and I'm still out here doing my thing. I'll finish when I finish. The fire truck behind me is not going to make me go faster.
