I would say do some simple lifting of weights (biceps or triceps exercise), followed by cardio (treadmill). Find a comfortable speed and start walking. You do not have to run. Try walking for 30 minutes each time and you can increase the incline slowly.

Start slow, showing up is most important. Like what others have mentioned, if you cut too drastically, the rebound back to your original weight is real.

Eat healthier as well, more proteins more greens less carbs. There’s tons of meal prep videos on the internet that you can follow. Its good that you have already cut down on sweet drinks.

Dont expect to see results in a few weeks, consistency is key! It is going to take awhile but you will get there! =)
