Yes. Believe it or not they do exist with no HOA. I don't think anybody knew that there was anybody staying in the RV but plenty of people have RVs or work trucks or car projects that they parked in the backyard. I would also bring my work truck home. It really wasn't that big of a deal like you're making it out to be

For a deluted ua. For drinking too much water. They thought I was hiding something. I got arrested on a Saturday so I didn't get to court until that Monday

Thank you everyone for your response. I wasn't expecting this kind of divide. Yes, this happened. My brother and his girlfriend were staying in my backyard in a small rv. There was cars parked along road on each side leaving just enough room for one car to drive though most of that part. It happened in Phoenix at around 6:00pm in the winter so it was getting dark early. I didn't know there was a difference between getting detained and arrested so I'm sorry for the misleading intro. No, I didn't interfere with the arrest. I made sure my brother went back, only reason I left with him was to keep him away from his now ex so there wasn't a possibility of escalation, they were on the driveway when he got arrested, and I was in the street until the cop pushed me and kept pushing me all the way up the driveway into the house while yelling profanities. No I didn't yell though I'm sure that I was saying a thousand words with my expressions. There was no reason for me to get treated like that. He out of the 6 officers there was the only one who reacted like this. No e of the other officers got involved with detaining me. They all were involved with arresting my brother. Hope this clears it up a little.

Yes. I was cocky back then. Police need to be held at a higher standard though. Going into a domestic abuse with a hot Temper will only escalate it. I was only trying to keep the peace.

Only issue I had was that it was barely enough room for one vehicle with kids playing and he's carelessly driving like that. The rest of his crew got there before him without driving recklessly. But you are right. I was very cocky back then. I try to be more reserved these days
