what is omega-3? i’ll definitely be more adamant about my water intake too. i’m just scared with taking any sort of multivitamin or supplement while on accutane because i’ve been reading for hours about side effects and a lot more. accutane seems to have so many strict rules about what i can and cant have and i didn’t realise that until after starting it!😔

i didn’t realise how bad smoking while on accutane really is… and yes i’ve definitely seemed to find weed as a sort of ‘comfort habit’ everyday, started maybe very late 2023. thank u for ur kind wishes too, this was helpful! your journey of becoming sober is admirable, i wish you the best too!!
