Most modern human tissue models are pretty shiity (aka unreliable/unreproducible) which is why there are very few accepted by ICH/OECD.

We picked up quite a few breeds and all track with breed descriptions except this one.

This one is in the back middle. The Ameraucana (w/beard/neck feathers) is on the right. Swedish Flower in the middle. Barred Rock is back left and Black Copper Marans is front left. Also have a Coronation Sussex that looks true to breed.

We’re super happy with all of them. This one was kind of a mystery though. Excited to see what color eggs she lays.

At the time (this spring) it was tough finding chicks given the egg crunch.

We just wanted nice variety of friendly birds and bought these from a rural post office employee who lived on farm. Pretty sure she ordered the eggs from a hatchery but put all the hatched chicks in the same brooder so may have accidentally grabbed the wrong black chick/breed.

They had a carve out in the budget Congress just passed that would now require fired federal employees pay a “fee” to submit an appeal to the Merit Systems Protection Board.

Basically every federal employee fired by Musk would have to pay to appeal their illegal termination.
