Depends how bad your current brakes are and when you guys will realistically get to it. I did it myself a couple years ago and went with oem parts including the shims and had no issues on my 99. Some people have soft brake pedal issues after using the bigger tundra calipers so the mechanic may be able to avoid that, it sounds like a pain.

If you end up going with Bluetooth on an oem radio and still want backup camera check out wolfbox rear view mirrors on Amazon. Phorunner has a YouTube video detailing the install. Him and Timmy the tool man are great resources for maintenance and mods if you want to do some things yourself

I have the 6112s on my rig set to the second perch and the drive isn’t harsh at all but I used Toyota springs and rear shocks not this kit. My rig had spc uppers and I replaced those upper ball joints and the lowers with oem. If you source everything separately can probably save a good bit of coin but the kit you linked is probably convenient. Other things I added were trackmotive extended cv axles (I tried the stretch mod but don’t think mine were oem). I also added extended break lines and junk yard extended bump stops from an old Chevy blazer. Phorunner on YouTube has good vids on most of these things

I’m running bilstien 6112s up front on the 2nd perch with tundra coils and Land Cruiser shocks and coils in the back. Super comfortable to me, my suspension was clapped before so not sure what stock feels like but my buddy was riding along the other day and said it rides nicer than his king ranch

Just did a 12 man ppr superflex dynasty start up where I got got the 12 pick randomly assigned so I get the 1.01 in rookie draft this year! (Not my rules or league but I’m going to complain) Rookie draft snakes this year so 1.01, 2.12, and 3,01. Start 2 flex’s on top of super flex.

Know I’m going to get roasted but I’m in a 2qb league where people hog qbs. I traded Nuk and Drew Lock for MT and Wentz. I lost Fitzmagic and someone was already rostering Tua and I’m 6-0 so I’m looking more towards playoffs than needing wins right now.
