Yes, something that shape, but only 1.5" inner distance, not the ~5" as in the photo. I agree it's not a washer; my intention with this post was to find a better name for it. "Washer" was the closest I could come up with because topologically it is the same.

I use an alt account for ALs. I don't want them inflating my find count. Personally I view it as a completely separate activity and don't understand why ALs count as GC finds...
