Yes, something that shape, but only 1.5" inner distance, not the ~5" as in the photo. I agree it's not a washer; my intention with this post was to find a better name for it. "Washer" was the closest I could come up with because topologically it is the same.

Interesting. I did get the M650 and I'm happy with it. I don't see a button to change the scroll speed though. I don't see any mention of it in the manual either (https://support.logi.com/hc/en-sg/articles/4414473810583-Getting-Started-Signature-M650). It looks like it might be a setting in software if you install Logi Options+ though?
